    The current in your apartment is 220 volts. To activate the light insert the door card into the locker next to the entrance. The refrigerator will always remain on, even if the card is not inserted.
    TELEVISION
    The channel list is available in your apartment next to the TV.
    CALLS
    To contact reception dial '9'. To call another apartment, dial the apartment number directly, for outside dial '0' to get a line.
    For international calls, dial '0' for line followed by 00 and then the country code, the city code, and finally the subscriber number.
    HOUSEKEEPING
    Cleaning of your apartment will be done 5 days a week.
    Change of sheets once a week.
    Towel change 3 times a week.
    If you would like to change your towels more frequently than the change plan, please ask the reception for costs.
